Monroe Shafto

  General Notes:

Moved west to Castleton, but returned after four years of farming in IL.
Monroe inherited the Shafto farm 2 miles west of Hamilton at 3515 Shafto Rd.
The farm was originally in Shrewsbury Twp., but is now called Tinton Falls.

Monroe married Atlanta White, daughter of Jacob White and Mary Herbert, on 8 Nov 1886. (Atlanta White was born in 1868 in New Jersey and died on 14 Jul 1936.)
